Please note that the cancellation of an order can be done only before you have received your product. [space ]

If you would like to cancel your order, you may contact our office through 09 25 44 43 442, before you receive your order. Our business hour is 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and gazette holidays. We have a “no questions asked” cancellation policy before delivery. Our delivery personnel will also contact you before the delivery and you may even ask our delivery personnel not to deliver your order if you need to cancel your order at the last moment. [space ]

If you receive the wrong product or wrong color, please do not remove the tag, keep the original packaging and let us know, we will redeliver your order on the next business day and collect the wrong order. [space ]

Once you have received your order, we will only refund if there is a factory defect. We will not accept the return or will refund for the change of mind. If there is any factory defect, you may contact us within 7 days from the day of delivery, and our delivery personnel will come and change it with the new one. If we do not have any stock left, we will refund your order and recollect the defective product. [space ]

We will not exchange your order with another product once you receive the order. If you have any doubts about the usability of the product, you are welcome to check and buy the product in person at our Fulfillment Center. [space ]

Cancel လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ရုံးဖုန်း 09 25 44 43 442 ကို ပစ္စည်းလာမပို့ခင်ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး cancel လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရုံးချိန်က ကြားရက်တွေမှာ မနက် ၉ နာရီကနေ ညနေ ၅ နာရီထိဖြစ်ပြီး ၊ စနေက မနက် ၉ နာရီကနေ နေ့ခင်း ၁ နာရီထိပါ။ Sunday နဲ့ အစိုးရ ရုံးပိတ်ရက်တွေမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ပိတ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ပစ္စည်းပို့ ဝန်ထမ်းအနေနဲ့လဲ ပစ္စည်းလာမပို့ခင် ဖုန်းဆက်လာနိုင်ပြီး အကယ်၍ နောက်ဆုံးမိနစ်မှာမှ order ကို cancel လုပ်ချင်ရင်တောင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရဲ့ ပစ္စည်းပို့ ဝန်ထမ်း ဖုန်းဆက်လာတဲ့အခါ cancel လုပ်လို့ရပါသေးတယ်။ [space ]

အကယ်၍ ပစ္စည်းမှား / အရောင်မှား လက်ခံ ရရှိတယ်ဆိုရင် ကျေးဇူးပြုပြီး tag ကို မဖြုတ်ပါနဲ့ ၊ original packaging အတိုင်းထားပြီး ကျွန်တော်တို့ကို ဆက်သွယ်ပေးပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့အနေနဲ့ နောက်အလုပ်ရက်မှာ ပစ္စည်းအမှန်ကို ပြန်လာပို့ပေးမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး မှားပို့ထားတဲ့ ပစ္စည်းကိုပါ တပါတည်း ပြန်သိမ်းသွားပေးပါ့မယ်။ [space ]

ပစ္စည်းကို လက်ခံ ရရှိပြီးသွားတဲ့အခါ စက်ရုံကဖြစ်လာတဲ့ အပျက်အစီး ပါလာတာကလွဲလို့ အခြား အခြေအနေမှာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ငွေပြန်အမ်းမှာ မဟုတ်သလို ၊ အသုံးမလိုတော့လို့ ပြန်အပ်ချင်ရင်လဲ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ငွေပြန်မအမ်းပါဘူး ခင်ဗျာ။ စက်ရုံကဖြစ်လာတဲ့ အပျက်အစီးအတွက် ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိပြီး ၇ ရက်အတွင်း ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီ အကြောင်းကြားပေးပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့အနေနဲ့ ပစ္စည်းအသစ်တစ်ခုနဲ့ ပြန်လာလဲပေးပါ့မယ်။ အကယ်၍ လက်ကျန် ပစ္စည်း မရှိတော့တဲ့အခါမှာ ငွေပြန်အမ်းပြီး အပျက်အစီးပါနေတဲ့ ပစ္စည်းကို ပြန်သိမ်းသွားပါ့မယ်။ [space ]

ဝယ်ယူပြီး ၊ လက်ခံရရှိပြီးသွားတဲ့ ပစ္စည်းကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ အခြား ပစ္စည်းတစ်ခုနဲ့ မလဲပေးပါဘူး။ အကယ်၍ ပစ္စည်းရဲ့ အသုံးဝင်ပုံကို သေချာစစ်ဆေးပြီးမှ ဝယ်ချင်တယ်ဆိုရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ Fulfillment Center မှာ လူကိုယ်တိုင် အေးအေးဆေးဆေး စမ်းသပ်ပြီး ဝယ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ [space ]
